Well, what a fine time it is astrologically! We are now in the Mercury post-shadow phase until the 18th June and approaching the Summer solstice on 21st June.
The North Node is conjunct Venus, Uranus and Mercury, all now in Taurus. Venus Uranus indicated free love, and with good ol’ Mercury there as well, cosmic themes are creating an energy that supports you telling your dearest ones: “Let me be free to love you the way that works best for me”. So, make that message clear to those you love. They will thank you for it as your relationship is refreshed and renewed.
Venus Uranus can also mark a breakthrough around everything you value, and lightning changes in what you value. A breaking free of your true essence. For me that is likely to manifest in sailing, something which, as many of you know, has been on my radar for some time now. I gave up sailing several years ago and miss it so much.
What does Mercury post-shadow phase mean?
Mercury being post-shadow means that Mercury has slipped back into Taurus, ruled by – yes – Venus. And this again suggests themes of love and freedom. With Mercury being there, and so much Taurean energy being around, there is also a theme of speaking about what is best for Mother Earth in the coming years. Such an important theme for all of us to reflect and act on, given how much the earth needs our love and lack of interference right now!
With Uranus conjunct the North Node, go have a look at your chart and see where the North Node is located right now. That area of your life is where your soul is hungering to grow, and so make growth in that area your priority. Your soul needs it, as do you. Life will flow better when you do.
And the Sun is squaring Neptune, making you work towards bringing your divine creativity into the world. Ask yourself about your divine vision for your life in the months to come – that kind of question is well-supported right now!
Someone spoke to me recently about us having a “season of purpose” in their lives, a phrase I love and now live by. My own season of purpose is moving towards more writing, and yes, sailing!
